As I promisse yoi I have a answer for you about "Warmup" session:

Warmup is the waitingtime between qualy and race. You can adjust the
interval of the sessions. After qualiy end come then 180 seconds pause and then will start the
race. So you see there is not a speciall "extra" seted session, just the waiting time! So a extra warmup session as that is not possible!
