Phillip Island was originally converted for netKar namie, the first free version Kunos sim.

Long time ago, in the age of the first experiments here at Radiator Springs, we gave it a grid to be able to race in nkpro (using an advanced method called "trial and error" and sophisticated tools as notepad Smile Old days in which not even the koflite was released).

We thought that this wonderful track deserved a place in nkpro, so we pimp it up a bit, giving it a new skybox with a nice view on the sea (that Mario proudly says is coming from his belowed Sardinia...a small touch of Italy in an Australian!), fixed all bugs (we hope), added flags, grid and box, and...there you go!

All credits go to Castroneves that originally converted this track. I desperately tried to contact him in the past but I never find a way to get in touch with him.
I really hope he doesn't mind that we gave this track a second life.

This a very old conversion coming from a game that is now 10 years old. Don't expect shiny textures, but for sure you will have a very nice and challenging racing track! Despite it's age this track is definitely worth to try. I'm sure you will have wonderful races there, just as we had!
