scusate ma la nuova procdedura verrà sempre usata o avete visto che la cosa non cambia il risultato.
chiedo questo per la gara di ks2di giovedì prossimo
se avete avuto riscontro positivo ci fate sapere quali risultati on line avete raggiunto?
per esempio i contatti con lag sono tolti attenuati il fatidico ctd e sato superato?
finora ho visto solo post di "lamentele di tale procedura"

Apologies for missing another race. Time has become a bit limited at the moment and I'd only managed to get a handful of laps in at Laguna and didn't want to be a mobile hazard for others. I'll not be able to do Istanbul either but hopefully after that I'll have a bit more time available.

    Results are up

Due to the issues that we faced in this race, with some drivers that "got lost" joining the server, and some other technical issues that some driver faces that, as a consequence, resulted in a lot of other drivers put out of the race, we decided to introduce even in this championship the same rule added in the KS2 championship: the 2 worst results per each driver will be deleted at the end of the championship.

    From the log:

    39:03:876,CHAT,Mika_Raymond_158926935,M Raymond: 1 more race?
39:18:987,CHAT,Andrea_Lojelo_668579174,A Lojelo: yes..but i think just for fun
39:29:225,CHAT,Andrea_Lojelo_668579174,A Lojelo: i doubt this event will be valid
    39:34:284,CHAT,Mika_Raymond_158926935,M Raymond: why race then?
    39:40:368,CHAT,Andrea_Lojelo_668579174,A Lojelo: for fun
39:43:660,CHAT,Maarten_Steverink_-399091392,M Steverink: so with lag it's not valid, but with ctd it is?
    39:47:031,CHAT,Mika_Raymond_158926935,M Raymond: :S
39:55:674,CHAT,Andrea_Lojelo_668579174,A Lojelo: because other people in group b
    39:58:827,CHAT,Andrea_Lojelo_668579174,A Lojelo: didn't race
40:11:484,CHAT,Andrea_Lojelo_668579174,A Lojelo: because of the new procedures...
40:12:127,CHAT,Mika_Raymond_158926935,M Raymond: so this race is valid, yeah or no?
    40:18:381,CHAT,Andrea_Lojelo_668579174,A Lojelo: we will see

During race 1 when 11 people were out due to the huge lag, I spent sometime in chat and I discovered that other people had problems due the new procedure to join the server.
When we had problems in the second race 1 it was already pretty clear that we had to do something.
To be honest I was quite frustrated by all the problems we had lately, so I wrote what I was thinking. I said "I think...", and "we will see". No decision could be taken while you are still racing.
I'm sorry if my words had been misleading.

Hehe no problem Andrea! I was only joking. This is a fun championship, with very close racing! Everything possible in the championship standings. I was trying just as hard as always in that race, i just crashed! :-D

In real life clubracing, the organizers also have to make decisions that
the drivers don't agree with. That's something to get angry about,
because that costs alot of money. This doesn't cost me anything, and i
had a great race in race 1, and i could have had a great race in race 2
as well, i just made a mistake! Glad that Mika got some points and is
    now ahead of me :-D

See you in Turkey for the ks2 race :-)

I expected myself much more competetive in case of laptimes. As I saw laps 1:22.x and even much lower it was surprising me much during the event.
When I drive at the limit at Laguna I reach a fastest possible lap of 1:23.0.., I've no clue how drivers do laps below 1:22.0 or even 1:17.x Shocked . ?
