Netkar wish list

Love this sim, But have one small BUT.It's the key for chat.Maybe it's me but I forever mistakenly use the t key for chat,then start typing and end up turning autoshift on or keyboard or Xbox on and I am setting dead in the water at the start of race. Is there a way to change this in the game. Every sim I ever run uses the t key for chat and I still race other sims.No biggy just anoying.

get used to it i went back on lfs and wondered why i wasnt able to chat hehe. youll just have to get used to it mate. its not biggy once you do

I remember when I didn't know how to chat in LFS, & just used to do smiley faces when someone tried chatting to me

Rick, if you ever press K or P you can cycle through them until they're off (and you have wheel control again).

Most times I don't notice until the start and I get rearend from cars behind or the car shifts by itself. I keep a sticky pad now on montor so as to remember what keys do what.

wish list for me: fix the bugs, and implement rain light switches for all cars and interactive cokpits also ofr all cars, headlights for abarth and vintage, implement the aquaplanning since its not true you get aquaplaning now, or punctures, and also implement brake down system overheat engine etc and working gauges on the vintage!

my wishlist:

- no automatic standing in grid, like to drive the car myself to my grid position
- no automatic tire select ( i think more exiting for races in half wet )
- when pitstop, real time for refilling fuel and changing tires
- more than 15 people on server
- and like albert said punctures ect.

think this is it so far :-)

this is already possible with full mode

my wishlist is too long to write down. im happy with the way the game is. everyone knows the obvious bugs that need to be fixed

no mika you dont get penalty for refueling or tyre change, sadly :S

the prblem as it is is that we dont have dry and wet tyres, we only have one set of tyres for both dry and wet, the only thing they have done is change the texture of the tyre to trick our eyes

So there is no physical difference between rain and normal tyres??

i would say no

my wish list only one. better netcode. thats it.

yes there is

normal (dry) tyres offer maximum grip, where rain tyres have grooves to help dissipate the water. try driving with 30% rain then 40% rain. with 30% you are still using dry tyres on a wet track, meaning there is less grip. with 40% you use wet tyres and the grip is 100% better.

if so then the trye slip angles is not realistic cause rain tyres do slide differetn than slicks, and its not something ive noticed in game

and one more question where is the aquaplaning? anyone noticed it, and tyre punctures as they say in the website?
