    I think it's pointing left, isn't it?

I checked, but it seems to be ok. are you sure you have the v1.1?

Can you check if in the you have this rows in the Magny Cours RSR.ini?

    [PITOUT]
    LEFT=1

    Solved

Post by josepmaria on Mon Jan 17, 2011 5:24 pm

    Thanks Andrea !!! Solved !!!

Dont ask me wy, but in my Magny Cours RSR.ini I had LEFT=0 ... I changed to 1 and "voilá", its OK now !!!
Curious thing is that I simply copied the track from another installation in my first computer, I checked there and it was OK, and here it was corrupted, ... mystery ...

One thing to change is the readme ... it keeps saying V 1.0, that disoriented me too
    Gracias

yes you are right about the v1.0 on the readme. It's a copy and paste error. it mentioned also about the RSRcameraswitcher that is not there.

Yeah it's a GREAT one! But it's a shame there is always nobody on this track with F2000 or Ftarget...

If I manage to see a server with Magny on it, AND Ftarget / F2000, I would join for sure. By the way, ANY server with FTarget... unfortunately, it seems that I will need to wait until others get tired of KS2, or I get tired of FTarget. Razz

I tested the track with the KS2 today, and it appears to me that the curbs are not working anymore!
When you drive over them you don't feel anything and you drive on the material below them. Maybe it has something to do with that (Material below them), because some are working. It's like the curbs are only textures.
Could you please look into this? It's very frustrating if you're on a good lap and you spin near the end because you touch a "curb" under accelerating.

I was making some practice this days to Magny Cours track due to the next event with IRON F3 Masters and I realised that indeed most of the kerbs aren't working. In fact you couldn't touch the kerbs cause it will send you right out of the track. I know that this time is much to ask cause you are all busy with the new champs coming up but is it possible someone to take a look at this problem? Track is awesome and it's pity not to enjoy it by such probs.

    Thank you in advance.

We noticed that too, but at the moment we are too busy with other stuff, so we can't really promise much.
From the other side, this is probably something that anyone can do just changing the names of the objects on the KOF (unless there are objects underneath the kerb that needs to be removed).

Unfortunately, the guy that worked on this track before, isn't very active at the moment.

Ok Andrea, thanks for replying so fast. I guess we have to avoid the kerbs on the track. I wish I knew how to fix it and not bother you at all. I know it's a busy period for you all. Wink
