to have a custom skybox on your track, you just have to create a hemisphere of 1 meter and position it, at first, in X=0 Y=0 Z=0.

Apply your texture on it with a double face material.
The name of this object should be SKYBOX. Once you open the KOFlite, you will not see this object in the object list, because nKengine will promote it to a skybox while loading the .ASE.
The skybox size will be automatically adapted to your track model.
You might face the following problem: a black stripe on your horizon.

The solution is to have a micro movement of your SKYBOX object from the position X=0 Y=0 Z=0. Every little movement will have a big effect, so just few click will be enough (for example z=-0.05).
