Yesterday my race last only few laps, actually few corners!
I had a brilliant start moving from 6th to 2nd in 2 corners. I had Mario in front of me, and I couldn't understand why, he was so slow.
I supposed he had his car wrecked because I saw Vito going wide at T1. I tried to study his behavior at T3-T4 and T5 being careful, still not sure if he had problems or not.
At T5 Mario was on the inside, and was really slow on exit. I suppose that was a signal to give me road. I decided to overtake in the fast corner T6.
We were side by side in the narrow T6 and we touched. Race over for both of us.

Unfortunately I was mistaken. His car was not damaged (before). He told me after the race he was simply driving carefully for the heavy load of his tank.

I'm really sorry for my mistake. This is the second accident for me in 2 races at the first lap. I apologize with everyone for that.
In both cases was not my intension to harm anyone, but at the end of the day I put two competitors (Stephane in Donington and Mario here in Laguna) out of the race too early.
I will be more careful next time!

Io dovrei averlo. se riesco piu' tardi lo posto.
Cmq c'e' un bug nel sistema del replay che a volte si manifesta corrompendo il replay quando lo vai a salvare premendo "Save replay" uscito dalla sessione.
Puoi ovviare andando nella cartella dei replay e rinominando il file cr in qualchecosa.nkr : quando nkpro corrompe il replay salvato noterai una differenza di lunghezza tra il file salvato e il file cr, mentre invece quando tutto e' a posto le lunghezza dei due file coincidono.

(ovviamente se ti accorgi del replay corrotto dopo aver iniziato un' altra sessione ti perdi il replay originale)

About the race : I had a great pace but I did a terrible first lap : I lost some positions and trying to recover them I think to have pushed too much and I collided with someone at T5 : I broke my sospension and I had to go to the box to repair.
I got out from the pit with Mario in front of me : I was almost a lap down from the first (1m10s ) and I saw that I had to pass Mario immediately to hope to recover some positions : I did it and since then I did all the race at a very good pace and without any big mistake.
I chased (and cought) Jose but when I was quite near to him he spun and I could pass without loosing other time.
Then I got 3rd position thanks to Vito and Laurent crash.
It is a shame I did a bad first lap because I could have a great race : my pace was really good (in 41 laps I recovered 14 seconds from the leader : I got out the pit with 1'10'' gap and finished at 56'' and I did second fastest lap during the race).

I didn't yet look at the replay so I don't know if (and whom) I have to say sorry to for my crash (I hope to have not ruined anyone's race but I'm not sure on that...)

After looking at the replay I must say sorry to Graziano : I'm really disappointed to have ruined his race (and mine too) with a too much aggressive move at first lap (he leaved a bit too much space and I couldn't avoid to try to use it...)

Maybe the hardest race in my racing life! No time to rest.

I did a good qualy lap (pb) and started in 2nd, but did a bad start. Then I managed to avoid a crash in T5 and took the lead!

Then several laps with Vitaliano pushing very hard behind me, until I did a small mistake and he passed me. A few laps later he spun out.

Then the pitstop. To be honest I reached 82-83 km/h at the entry for a second or so.

Then I take the lead again and the remaining laps were with Stephane pushing very hard at 2-3 seconds behind.

Last laps I was driving very bad because of I was tired but finally I reached the finish laps in first position.

My fastet laps was only the 4th but I was able to keep a regular race pace and did not make any serious mistake.

Very good race!
