    Your connection details, please!

    After the ping/lag problems we faced on our test on Laguna, I think is good to start investigating on the possible cause.

    First of all could be a connection problem on both server and clients.

    So please share with us your connection details doing a test using www.speedtest.net running a test using AMSTERDAM, NETHERLANDS (close to Lastplace server) and POZNAN, POLAND closest speedtest server to our nk server, in Berlin, and to the closest to your home.

    Once you run the test use the "Copy Forum Link" on the results.

    Are you using DSL or something else? WiFi or not?

    Read carefully the manual of Netkar and you will see that the problem is probably just the bandwidth of the server.

    1 Byte = 8 bits

    It is recommended to take into account 80% of the theoretical bandwidth for optimal conditions. Everything is well explained in the manual NetKar pro.

    To play comfortably at 15 players, the upstream of server must be:
    262.5 KByte/s = 2100 Kbit/s = 2.1 Mbit/s + 20% => 2.52 Mbit/s minimum (upload on speedtest.net) and Bandwidth Set to 262.5.
