    Hi, I've never managed to import .gmt files directly into max, so I used 3dSimEd to convert as this thread shows you.

    This is how is looking inside 3ds max http://img580.imageshack.us/img580/9256/66986125.png . I dont want to have to import each texture , because if i import a map in 3ds max i waill have to apply 1000 texture and that will take a very very long time.

    gmt file have multimaterial, nK no...so you have to detach element by id and then convert material...it's a long long work...

    nfs shift extract files with bms
    import all to 3dsimedit
    export all to gmt rf files
    import gmt rf file to 3dmax

    YEs i imported the track into 3ds max, but tthere are no textures aplied to the track and i have to aply to every single objct texture. In the youtubevideo he managed to import the track with the texture, that's what i want ot do too.
