It's in the NKP manual PDF, in the multiplayer section.

    Ok Thanks.

I think the data's manual is old ....at least for the version NK 1.3 final
    Is it correct?
    Because a guys said :
The server was a home line (90KB/s upstream or 720 kBits/s) on 3-year old PC with a full field of cars on-track on Crema.

    That information is it correct?

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EBxSdQgj_mo

The questions is.... Is it good 1 Mb for upstream? for 15 drivers?

That manual was giving some indications for the 1.0 version. Kunos changed quite a lot since then, but it will give you anyway some indications.

When the server starts up you'll see some estimations of the volume of data exchanged in the server dos screen.
For 15 cars it says 82 KB (660 Kb) with megapackets that is the current implementation if I'm not mistaken.
I'm not sure if megapackets are always used by the implementation of just in some particular cases. Anyway there is also one more estimation there for normal packets (as I said I'm not sure if this is still used or not)

1 Mb in upstream should be enough. As usual the more the better, but that should be fine for a server, I think.
In any case the only way to know if that is fine or not, is to perform a test in full grid.
1Mb is just nominal speed, very often. You need to check if your line is stable or not.

    Good luck

    Good ......Great information Andrea !!
    Stability is very important.

I will like to make a server with dedicated core duo 1.6 Mhz 2Mb Ram and 1 Mb upstream.
The drivers with 100 ping o less is It good for stability ?

Excelent feedback and thank very much.

Yes 100 or less is fine. You might see some lag in case some driver connected to the server have high ping (300+).
