We should check those laps with replay at prequaly, a bit mm off-track is ok for me, because you can't drive every lap 100% exact matching the curbs always, but it should be visible that the driver aims to drive
those corners normally (braking, turning in normally there). When you just hold on to the gas you can be a second quicker or s.th. like that (not tested but I think would be s.th. like this much), those kind of laps should not be allowed.

The usual rules applies. The green extension is NOT part of the track, so your lap isn't valid if you have more than 2 wheels on the green extension.

Valid: internal kerb estension: the car touches the kerb
    5 July 2012: Hungaroring Valid

Not Valid: internal kerb extension: the car is beyond the with kerb (all on the kerb extension)

when you end your session (when you exit from the online session) you can save the replay clicking on the SAVE REPLAY button on the server list nk GUI.

One more option is to use the utility Jump2nkp in combination with the Online Server List. Even here, once you will finish your session you will be promted if you want to save your replay.

Save the replay file load it and cut out your hotlap out of that by crusing your mouse pointer to the bottom of the screen, by clicking on the bar you can switch around -timeshift- on your replay wherever you want, set the boundaries of your desired replay range by using the "start" and "end" button at left-top of the screen and klick on "save" -done !
Remember not to klick on an area outside your set boundaries afterwards, because Netkar always crashes then (freezes), as long you don't klick on "reset" before.

I didn't say that I used green extension at my lap, I'm always on the curb still, -but Hungaroring is an exception for me sometimes, because with the smallest mistake (wrong line) you can get on the green extension a little bit on the slow right-hander after the quick one at sector two easily, but by just a mistake on the driven line you gain no time. I think before that corner in the quick right-hander in sector two almost everyone will get slightly on the green ext. sometimes, we should try to not do so of course, but unfortunately I think it always will happen here and there at some laps, as long as that is just for 1-4 mm (millimeters) on the screen it would be ok at least for me.

Any chance of moving this by a day or two so it doesn't clash with the football (the second SF kicks off at 8:45)...? It's gonna have either England or Italy in it Razz

I'm sure I'm not the only one who wants to watch it?

I would suggest to move the race to the day after (Friday 29 June).
Postponing it of 1 week is a bit too much, I think, since summer is coming and it will be difficult to have people on track.

Thank you, replay saved, cutting works (even I am not familiar with it yet). But how can I find best lap among others in replay?
One more thing. Replay length in simulation setting somehow matters?

OK, I managed to cut out and save best lap. Just onemore thing regarding replay.
When I drive the sim goes so smoothly. But there are huge stutters in replay. Can I get rid of it somehow?

The fastest lap is market with a red border in that 'replay-bar' below the screen, but that feature in NKPro does not always find the right thing (lap), so that the red marker is placed at wrong places sometimes,
so often you have to go (klick) through the laps manually to find the fastest lap, activate F4 at first (to show lap time) of course.

If you have speed issues -stutters-, like you mentioned, it must have to do s.th. with your PC performance. Replays also only run with 30 FPS instead of 334 FPS for the maximum in the game itself, so
they look maybe a bit less fluend than if they would run with 60 FPS for example.

Thanks Marco. 30 fps in replay explains everything. I didn't know that.

Here is a replay-link to the shortened 18 laps race we held (don't know if this will count for the champ as official, some drivers were missing, because it got late):
    replay

I still joined the server at min. 17 as qualy began, as I saw still six more people (9-10 in total we were) joined during the first minutes of the qualy.
I had bad luck in second corner of lap 1, two drivers spun (collided) and I wanted to drive close around one of them and slightly touched that car still, which totally disorted my suspension,
so -> ESC 'back to pits' to repair and I was 50 sec. behind the leader, but putting the sixth pos. in the end of the race was ok at least.
