Re: C.A.R.S
looks very promising indeed. im hoping they improve the sounds and physics dramatically - i wont be purchasing it otherwise. in order for this to be succesful it needs to have great graphics (which it has, dx11 looks amazing), physics, sounds and netcode.
lets wait and see

I kinda like those sounds. Especially engine. Not strange buzz like Netkar, LFS or iRacing. Well iRacing sounds are not buzzing just very weak.
Can't say much about physics before I drive it. Junior license for 10 euros is not much, so maybe I'll join after some development and more positive comments.
Also saw a video about UI. Looked like console stuff...
For a pre-alpha this is nice and have to keep my eye on it. Always space for new driving games.

Re: C.A.R.S
You definately need patience with this one. After an hour and a half I couldn't get my wheel setup properly. It was giving me 100 degrees of rotation.
The UI is almost exactly the same as Shift and Shift2.

Re: C.A.R.S
Nope they want 10 euros to be able to get updates once a month. 25 euros to receive the once a week update. Personally I thought it was junk since I couldn't even setup my wheel. But maybe that's just me being naive and thinking a racing sim should be easy at setting up your wheel.
I gave them 10 euros and it's off my computer already. They ignored me when I brought up the issue on their forums. Moderators were quick to move it in the proper sub forum though.
Activity on their forums is quite high. So lots have given them money. Looks like they are doing well so far.

Re: C.A.R.S
I tried it, simply amazing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! unheard!!!!!!!!!!!!!
and here no subscription! fixed price, car circuit next everything is included
IRacing is really going to cry!!!!!!!!! lol especially that we must think that it is only just a beta! changing every week
Price 25 euros for all bébéficier weekly updates!
but beware, the biggest cost is the config needed to run it, the engine of the simulation is based on DirectX 11, so for next-generation graphics card, a minimum of 4 gigabytes of memory is required, and a processor running at 2.8 GHz and an operating system managing direct x11 (win 7) also! but it really is the simulation of the future!!!!!
